\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'...the trustees would like me to take this opportunity to express their gratitude and appreciation for the way you and your employees have set about delivering it (the build project). The people of North Stainley are justifiably proud of their new hall and are already making good use of its facilities.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' ...letter received Mr Chris Grundy April 2011

NEWS FLASH  ****Ripon Civic Society, Highly Commended Certificate awarded to North Stainley Village Hall****

The design and build project involved the construction of a new village hall & 4 flats in the village of North Stainley. The building consisted of changing areas for cricket, public WC’s, Main Hall for functions, smaller meeting area, children’s day nursery and kitchen; a truly multifunctional building.

The design was quite complicated with the use of both timber separating walls and floors in parts, integrated with masonry external party walls and solid concrete separating floors, and traditional block and concrete floors in others. Great attention to detail was required to integrate the two and get the maximum sound and thermal properties from the fabric of the building.
