Hygiene Suite
Finished first, at the end of the 6 week school holidays, were the works forming a new hygiene suit from an area used previously for shelving and a small reading corner.
The area was fully stripped out, a partition wall with door formed, reinforced timbers inserted in the ceiling and a new ceiling. The area was fitted out with Doc M Pack Sanitaryware suite, wall tiling, decoration and floor finishes. Also installed was a Hoist and Plinth 2000 medical bench.
Attic Conversion
Within an existing classroom with a particularly high ceiling we inserted a new mezzanine floor, staircase and glass lift. The area had to be fully stripped out initially, a timber ‘easijoist’ floor inserted, with insulation and then plasterboarded. The classrooms were fully re-roofed with minor timber repairs, new Velux windows installed and 2 sun tubes.
The new Ash staircase was inserted followed by the lift, new electrical installations, lighting, fire alarm and data installation throughout and a small amount of mechanical/plumbing works were required. Full decoration and floor coverings were installed throughout.
