The 2 New Houses were constructed on behalf of Accent Housing Association, working in conjunction with MNB Partnership, initial scheme designer Terence Kiernan Architects and construction designers P+HS Architects.

The pair of semi-detached houses were designed to meet Scheme Development Standards. One of the properties would remain in the ownership of Accent Housing Association and the second was Sold on the Shared Equity Scheme.

The properties were built of traditional strip foundations, with masonry sub-structures, concrete ground floor slab. Masonry superstructures, trussed rafters, roof construction with tile / slate roof coverings.

Internally the non load beam walls are constructed of metal and timber stud partitioning with plasterboard both sides. The external walls have the addition of plasterboard fixed to the masonry walls with dry adhesive.

The homes are fitted out with high quality Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Installations using Oil Central Heating. All of the properties were fitted out with a high standard of doors, ironmongery, architraves, skirting, kitchens etc and decorated throughout New floor coverings were installed to bathroom and kitchen areas.
